A 67-year-old Warner Robins man now faces a felony murder charge after a fight at a store last week.
That's according to Warner Robins police.
Last week, 67-year-old Howard Allen was charged with aggravated battery after a fight at Pop's Food Mart on North Davis Drive Monday.
Store clerk Dahyalal Amin was declared brain dead and then died three days after the fight. An autopsy Monday said Amin died from a blow to the head.
Police said Monday that the charge against Allen was changed Monday to felony murder.
Allen is in the Houston County jail.
Police spokeswoman Tabith Pugh said police aren't sure what Allen's motive was or what the argument was about.
